At 100+ degrees, the heat helps you release and relax in gentle classes but it also turns up the intensity in the harder ones! Don’t worry, we have showers.

Pilates Room Class Descriptions

Pilates 101
An introductory class that teaches the fundamentals of Pilates using studio equipment - reformers, towers, and chairs. Learn proper form, alignment, and breathing while building core strength in a supportive, approachable setting. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend you attend at least 5 Pilates 101 classes before moving into 201. Or you might love the pace and focus of 101, in which case we hope you keep coming back!!

Pilates 201
This intermediate-level class builds on foundational Pilates skills with more dynamic sequences and increased challenge. Expect a faster pace than the 101 class, deeper core work, improved coordination, and greater strength using Pilates reformers, towers, and chairs. If you are new to Pilates equipment, please take at least 5 Pilates 101 classes before joining Pilates 201.

A low-impact but high burn workout that blends ballet-inspired movements with elements of Pilates and strength training. A heated, breath-driven vinyasa yoga for those looking to extend their Hot Flow practice to 75 minutes. Pace is steady and mindful, and transitions are for intermediate yogis. Please attend at least 3 Hot Flow Classes before trying Hot 75.

Our longest heated vinyasa offering, this hour and a half long class allows for more time to move deeply, explore longer holds, and build endurance. Please try a Hot 75 class before you try Hot 90.
