Amanda Altobell
Amanda is a 200‑hour heated vinyasa certified yoga teacher who found yoga through grief, loss, and injury—discovering the power of intentional movement in the healing process. After years of competitive basketball and distance running, yoga taught her that exercise doesn’t have to break the body down; it can restore, strengthen, and support it. She believes the sky is the limit when it comes to what our bodies can do and loves supporting yogis as they work toward their own goals and wins. Her classes are known for building strength and she loves to explore arm balances (if you’re into that kind of thing… no pressure if not!) as well. Outside the studio, Amanda works in healthcare as a clinical ethicist and holds a doctorate in healthcare ethics. In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors—whether on the water, hiking, or camping—and invites students of all levels to join her on the mat and explore what their bodies are capable of.

Beth Whitehead
Beth is passionate about group fitness and the positive impact it has made in all aspects of her life. For years, she struggled with her weight and health. In 2015, she joined a gym and hesitantly tried a dance fitness class. From there, she was hooked and attended a variety of classes each week. Yes, the classes helped her lose the weight, but what she gained in that process was even more valuable. She found a community of people who had the same interests and goals, an appreciation for the ability to be active and move her body, and eventually a love for teaching group fitness. She has taught a variety of fitness classes throughout the years, including Bootcamp, Barre, BodyPump, and Zumba. When you step into a class with Beth, be ready to work hard AND have fun. She brings energy and positivity to every class, offering constant encouragement, and providing modifications so every participant gets the most out of their workout. Outside of the gym, Beth is a technical writer for a curriculum company who loves all things coffee, going out for brunch, reading psychological thrillers, going for walks, traveling, and spending time with her family.
